ACCOUNTANT

Position Summary

This is a professional position and requires a sound knowledge of accounting with proven ability to perform technical and administrative accounting work in maintaining fiscal records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Work involves preparing financial reports, bank account reconciliation, and assisting with the annual and consolidated budgets for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Public Housing Programs. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Position Summary
Responsible for the proper and timely completion of a wide range of routine maintenance related tasks. This is a classification for journeyman level type skills in the maintenance of buildings and equipment. This position will be involved with considerable tenant contact because of the source of many work orders.
