WPBHA's 5-Year PHA Plan, Annual PHA Plan and MTW Supplement
The Fiscal Year 2024 WPBHA 5-year Plan, Annual Plan and the MTW Supplement of the Plan will be available for review and inspection effective Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at the Authority’s main office at 3700 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL. 33405 and on our website. You may submit written comments regarding the draft plan no later than Tuesday, January 3rd , 2024, to Linda Odum, Executive Director, West Palm Beach Housing Authority, 3700 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405, or email Lodum@wpbha.org
A public hearing will also be held on Thursday, January 4th, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. to entertain comments on the Plan. The hearing will be held in the Authority’s Training Room, 3801 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405. The WPBHA’s hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
