Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Specialist

The West Palm Beach Housing Authority is accepting applications for Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Specialists. Work involves managing a caseload of approximately 250-300 families.  The HCV Specialist performs new admission and re-certification processing for families participating in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program as required by Federal Regulations.  [view job description]

Maintenance Technician

Responsible for the proper and timely completion of a wide range of routine maintenance related tasks. This is a classification for journeyman level type skills in the maintenance of buildings and equipment. This position will be involved with considerable tenant contact because of the source of many work orders. Assistant Property Manager

Work involves assisting the Property Manager with leasing, lease renewals, and lease compliance, preparing reports, inputting and analyzing property data, and performing other related property management functions. This position receives administrative direction from the Property Manager.
