- No electricity.
- No water.
- Electrical shortage.
- Toilet stoppage (when only one toilet in the unit.)
- First responder public safety.
- Broken sewer line or broken water pipe causing flooding.
- Lack of security for the unit (broken window, unable to lock the window, unable to lock the entrance door.)
- Smoke detector (broken or damaged.)
Please report maintenance problems immediately. You must not make any repairs. You will be required to pay for damages to your apartment caused by any member of your family or guests.
