Housing Counseling Agency
The Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Act of 1968, Section 106 (a)(2) provides the legislative authority for HUD to provide housing counseling service to low and moderate income families. The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) is a HUD approved Housing Counseling Agency. The WPBHA provides homeownership education to improve access to safe, decent and affordable housing. Housing counseling is provided in a step by step approach tailored to the individual client's need and stage in the home buying process.
