HCV Homeownership Program

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) homeownership program allows families that are assisted under the HCV program to use their voucher to buy a home and receive monthly assistance in meeting homeownership expenses. The program is limited to first-time homeowners who have received housing counseling and meet the minimum income requirements.  

Remaining Dates: 

  • August 7, 2024 - 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • October 2, 2024 - 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • December 4, 2024 - 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
