Since its creation in 1938, the WPBHA has grown into a multifaceted agency serving families and individuals across West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County more broadly.

Fundamental to its role in the community, the WPBHA administers the following housing programs:

  • Public Housing (LIPH) 
  • Rental Assistance Demonstration Multifamily (RAD)
  • Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV)
  • Certified HUD Housing Counseling Agency 
  • Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) Program
