Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program

The WPBHA FSS Program is designed to promote financial independence for families receiving Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers this includes the Family Unification Program and families living in Public Housing and RAD Developments.

The National Affordable Housing Act of 1990 created the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program to promote economic self-sufficiency among participating families.
