3rd Annual Resource Fair & Back to School Event Vendors Needed

Pine Ridge Holistic Living Center is hosting the 3rd Annual Resource Fair & Back to School
Presented by Paul Laurence Dunbar Senior Housing, Silver Palm Place Apartments, and Royal Palm Place Senior Housing

HELLO EVERYONE,

We are calling the families and our communities from the 333407 area to participate!

Pine Ridge Holistic Living Center hosts the Third Annual Resource Fair and Back to School.

 

This Resource Fair aims to continue connecting the residents to free Resources and services around the area, specifically those living at Dunbar, Silver Palm, Royal Palm, and the surrounding 33407 communities.

This is also a back-to-school event; all agencies are welcome to provide school items (pens, pencils, notepads, etc.) to families.

 

We are inviting all residents living in 33407 areas and part of any WPBHA program to join us, get information about local agencies / FREE SERVICES-RESOURCES, and gather SCHOOL SUPPLIES for their kids.

The residents could have the opportunity to go booth by booth and learn about the wonderful FREE services offered to them.

Here we go! We want to continue connecting communities with resources and establish relationships between organizations.

This fair aims to continue connecting our communities to resources, specifically those living at Historic Paul Laurence Dunbar Senior Apartments, Silver Palm Place Apartments, Royal Palm Place Apartments, and the surrounding 33407 communities, by reminding our residents about the various accessible/free services and resources offered by different local agencies and to continue establishing relationships between organizations. All vendors should provide information on the services they offer to the community at no cost. This event is not for selling purposes, so no sales should be made during the event.

If your organization would like to reserve a spot to showcase your services, please contact us no later than July 12th. You must provide your own table, chairs, and tent. This event is not for selling purposes! Call or email for more info!

• Date/Time of Fair:  7/19/24 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM
• Second Tentative Date (If Inclement Weather): 7/26/24
• Deadline: Last day to sign up is July 12, 2024 @ 4:30 PM
• Location: 820 Grant St, West Palm Beach, FL (we will notify you where to set up your booth)
• Must provide your own table/chair/tent
• Set up starts at 3:30 PM
• This is also a back-to-school event, and all agencies are welcome to provide school items (pens, pencils, notepads, backpacks, etc.) to families, this is not mandatory
