Boynton Bay Apartments ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS For Project-Based Voucher Assistance (For Head Of Household 62 +)

The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) will open its Project-Based Waiting List for two (2) and three (3) bedrooms at the Boynton Bay Apartments. Boynton Bay Apartments is located at 499 Boynton Bay Circle, Boynton Beach, Florida 33435.

This Waiting List is for families whose head of household is 62 years of age and older and who meet the program eligibility requirements. The WPBHA will begin accepting applications online at www.wpbha.org on Friday, February 21, at 8:00 am. No paper applications will be available. This process is limited to an online process only. Please access this website and complete your application on any computer with internet access. 

To qualify for project-based voucher assistance for the Boynton Bay Apartments, the following criteria must be met: 

  • Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older. 
  • Must meet all Program Requirements  
  • Must meet the HUD-approved income limits 

If your family household income falls within the income limits provided below, you may qualify to receive a voucher to assist with your rent.

Families will be placed on this Waiting List based on the date and time of their application. Selections from the Waiting List will be made based on unit availability and the date and time of application.
