Annual Plan and MTW Supplement

The Fiscal Year 2025 Annual PHA Plan and MTW supplement of the West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) is now available for comment.  You may submit written comments regarding the draft plan no later than Monday January 6th 2025 to Linda Odum, Executive Director via email Lodum@wpbha.org

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday January 8th, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. to entertain comments on the Plan and MTW Supplement.  This hearing will be held in the Authority's Training Room 3801 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405.

MTW Safe Harbor Waiver

As a Moving to Work Agency, the WPBHA is proposing changes to the minimum rent in the Housing Choice Voucher Program.  Specifically, implementing $130 minimum rent for all households.  This requires the submission of a Safe Harbor Waiver.  

Impact analysis and discussion of this proposal is available for comment until Monday January 6th 2025. Please submit comments to Katy Smith, Housing Analyst via email Ksmith@wpbha.org.   

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday January 7th, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. to entertain comments on the proposed safe harbor waiver.  This hearing will be held in the Authority's Training Room 3801 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405.
